Training to become an IT Recruitment Consultant
The regular intake of graduates to the Academy has enabled us to refine a blend of classroom and real world on-desk learning. Many past graduates have gone on to become senior consultants within three years. A degree is not mandatory to succeed as an IT recruitment consultant or to be selected for the academy but drive and an aptitude for sales is, so some sales experience is beneficial.
