Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a highly experienced TRIRIGA Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team as a Business Transformation Consultant within the Real Estate & Facilities domain.

This consultant will provide technical leadership and delivery expertise across large-scale implementations and customizations of TRIRIGA solutions.

Remote working . ( consultant must reside within the EU, or UK)

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead business transformation initiatives within the Real Estate & Facilities domain using IBM TRIRIGA
• Design, develop, and implement TRIRIGA Application and Platform customizations, including:
  • Builder Tools, UX customization, BIRT reports, and ETL configuration
• Manage and execute TRIRIGA Platform and Application Upgrades
• Provide guidance on TRIRIGA database schema, architecture, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology strategy, performance planning, and scalability improvements
• Advise clients on IWMS implementation best practices and delivery methodology
• Provide technical input on capacity planning and system performance optimization
• Utilize knowledge of the TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS) to meet client-specific requirements
• Work with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery milestones
• Participate in BI/analytics initiatives connected to TRIRIGA and facilities data
• Apply structured Project Management methodologies and tools

Required Skills & Experience:
 

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA
• Proven expertise with:
  • TRIRIGA Builder Tools, UX, Integrations, Data Loading
  • BIRT report development and ETL tools
  • Application Suite (TAS) and schema-level knowledge
• Experience leading or advising on TRIRIGA implementation projects
• Strong background in IWMS, especially within Facilities Management environments
• Demonstrated ability to work across business and IT teams in advisory roles
• Understanding of performance tuning, capacity planning, and enterprise-scale deployment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• EU-based with eligibility to work across the region

Nice to Have:

• IBM TRIRIGA certifications
• Familiarity with modern cloud environments or hybrid deployments
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Multilingual skills (especially European languages)
