ServiceNow HRSD
For a large customer in Sweden we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD specialist for a 6 month extendable contract on a 100% remote basis.
The Role
- Designing & Implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions and applications - Service Portals, Integration Hub/Custom Integrations
- Creation of High level and Low-level designs
- Helping development team during implementation, testing & roll out
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed HR process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Over 4 years experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow HRSD
- ITIL and ITSM experience
- Hands on experience with large scale transformation projects
