Job Title: SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant

Location: North Italy

Project Duration: 12+ months (long-term project) with extensions (6 additional rollouts planned after this assignment)

Project Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant to play a key role in a global SAP S/4HANA template rollout. The project spans multiple countries, with the first go-live scheduled for September 2026. This role requires a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and the ability to effectively collaborate with both IT teams and Operations Managers to ensure a smooth rollout and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the SAP S/4HANA EWM template rollout across multiple countries.

  • Act as the EWM subject matter expert, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and Operations Managers to translate business needs into system functionalities.

  • Analyze and clarify new functionalities specific to Italy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business requirements.

  • Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA EWM processes, configurations, and optimizations.

  • Support testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations.

  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both IT teams and Operations Managers.

  • Experience in global SAP template rollouts and localization of SAP functionalities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex project requirements.

  • Knowledge of SAP best practices for warehouse management in a multi-country environment.

  • Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA rollouts for multinational companies.

  • Knowledge of local Italian warehouse management requirements within SAP S/4HANA.

  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team and manage stakeholders effectively.
