Tasks Description: ---
  • Reviewing payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assessing payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and adherence to regulations.
  • Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and areas requiring process improvements.
  • Evaluating payroll system capabilities and data integrity.
  • Analysing segregation of duties and fraud prevention mechanisms.
  • Comparing payroll practices with industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Recommending enhancements to strengthen payroll controls and governance.
  • Preparing and presenting a detailed report with findings and recommendations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and risks in payroll processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly and effectively.
