Job Description: Oracle Data and Architecture We need a senior Oracle architect to assist to set and define Oracle Data and Data Structures together with the Enterprise Architecture team for the business transformation program ongoing in SSE. The role will collaborate with other roles and teams to secure a valid End-2-End solution with cloud Oracle ERP and HCM. The background and objectives of the transformation program is to transform the business by: Increased effectiveness and efficiency, e.g. by: ·Enhanced customer focus with a faster and more consistent customer response ·Reduced End-2-End lead times, working capital and improved quality ·Increased productivity by automation and elimination of local applications Increased transparency, e.g. by: ·Increased BI and analytical capabilities ·Detailed transparency of ongoing contracts and monitoring ·Increased cost transparency and identification of cost deviations Standardization of data and harmonization of our business processes enabled by the global Oracle solution shall ensure these business outcomes at the same time as replacing multiple legacy systems and lowering IT-cost. Your role and responsibilities: ·Conduct hands on leadership in enhancing both current Oracle Data Architecture and overall Oracle Architecture by leading and coordinating with other project bodies ·Have a drive to positively impact project performance by collaboratively working with management, peers and partners to achieve business objectives, short and long term ·Proactive, transparent and efficient project management and communication with multiple local roll-out teams and stakeholders ·Take part in developing an initial Oracle project governance organization ·Have a willingness to travel within Europe, hybrid location and preferably based in Sweden or Norway Your background and qualifications: ·A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a computer or engineering field and a minimum of 5-10 years relevant Oracle experience ·Demonstrated experience from Oracle Data / Solution Architecture projects and / or line work in a complex global setting. Data Governance experience is a plus ·Demonstrated experience of complex global Oracle-programs and Oracle Architecture, including impacted people and change management. Extensive Oracle-project experience is a must ·Proactive and highly organized, experience in leading and coordinating multiple teams in a global setting ·Resilience in driving complex IT-project meeting deadlines while managing issues and risks, some of them with high-impact and urgency, to secure business operations
