We are exclusively representing a Big 4 consultancy that has recently secured several multi-million-pound SAP transformation projects across both the public and private sectors. With major new clients onboard, they are expanding their senior SAP leadership team and are seeking a Director – SAP Delivery Lead / Programme Manager to drive complex, high-profile initiatives.

Your Role
As a Director – SAP Delivery Lead, you will:
Take full ownership of large-scale SAP programs, ensuring successful execution
Oversee governance, risk management, and program planning
Drive SAP S/4HANA strategy and digital transformation for high-profile clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders
Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering large, complex SAP transformation programs
Strong leadership and stakeholder management at an executive level
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud-based solutions, and ERP strategy
A track record of delivering governance, risk mitigation, and program success
Ability to lead large-scale, global teams and manage key dependencies
