Overview:
Drive the sales and eCommerce integration for a global sporting goods company implementing D365 FO. This role focuses on B2B dealer processes and B2C eCommerce workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales processes in D365 FO (order-to-cash).
  • Integrate B2B dealer and B2C website sales into ERP.
  • Manage sales forecasting, order management, and delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth intercompany processes and shipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams for end-to-end flow.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in ERP sales/eCommerce implementations (D365 FO preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models.
  • Experience with eCommerce integration and order management.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred:

  • Sporting goods or retail experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
