D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the implementation and ongoing support of our D365 FO solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into functional requirements.
  • System Configuration: Configure D365 FO modules, including Field Service Management (FSM), CRM, and ERP, to meet business needs.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Go-Live Support: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and system utilization.
  • Project Management: Manage smaller projects and workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O, particularly FSM, CRM, and ERP modules.
  • Experience in implementing D365 F&O solutions, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Fluency in English and Romanian or German.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma).
